Got a 2012 ford flex it is in great condition cheep was fast and friendly only thing that was poop about it was I didn’t realize the back ac for the car didn’t work lol but hey that’s my fault and honestly I could have a crap less because the car is used it has a front ac that works and hey I’m not walking to work so HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE A UPDATE FOR YOU A YEAR LATER after getting my new car I was happy I loved the car it truly was amazing and I was blinded by my excitement and I forgot to actually pay attention because places like this will pull a fast one if your not careful after we left we drive to show our families that we got a really nice clean car....... So we thought well we went out of town for the weekend we got it.........that's the whole point of the car well I noticed that there was some oil substance on the bottom of the air compressor on better inspection it was actually radiator fluid and sad enough this car the top end of the motor has to come off and the timing chain has to be removed just to replace the water pump witch was going out like it goes from 1,000$ to 10,000 depending on how much or what is messed up so that Monday we go see him and tell him hey we left here went to Walker saw family then went to Florida and back and this started happening 4hrs into our drive(good thing I'm not an idiot and know what I'm doing or looking at) and I have pictures to back it well he said let me look he gos and looks at the miles and comes in and says look you put to many miles on it and the best I can do is half with you it was 1200 to fix it that's 600 to us (keep in mind I just financed 8k with 2500 down and had 0.00 in my account) so I started to look in to it and he said we did 500 miles in 2½ to 3 days I was like UHH WHAT I started looking and found out the miles recorded online and the miles I had pics of where off by 90 miles then the miles he wrote down before the purchase was 220 off and by simple math 310-500=150 and I had proof but it didn't help we still had to come up with the money and we did so I kept recorded of it because literally 2 days the car already had almost a catastrophic failure if not for my knowledge well just recently 2 months ago the Ac started acting up and stopped working it started blowing hot and full blast and you couldn't stop it or make it cold so I started diagnosing it and I looked at thousands of ford flex and did a lot of trouble shooting and I figured it out it was the bord that controls the Ac and radio so I look for a new board and I found 3 there not cheap its about 125 a board so I got one and it did not work and the second one halfway worked and the 3rd one...... guess yep it didn't work so now I'm like well damn let me see if it's a amp issue after 4½ days chasing wires clips and other shit it's not any shorting or grounding and I'm at a lose because everything I'm looking at on my flex looks nothing like the OEM flex from the base model to the most tricked out one so I kept looking well google has a feature you can take a picture of something and it will find it around the internet well I did and that was it wat I was looking for so my flex has had the entire ac removed rerouted and rigged using parts from a ford F150 actuators to open and close to change temp and direction and a mustang board to change the fan speed and the radio now knowing this looking at it all you can tell someone went through it and put it together all shitty like and there is no way on gods green earth he didn't know about this and finally the muffler system that was just as bad because it was routed in a way where if you hit a bump your putting a hole in it there was 5 baffles on it and it was so chocked up that there was oil blow back happening so much that it was losing a quart or more all the time well after fixing it and doing some things to it I finally got it all fixed up and looking good and it finally runs good But this man knew about the problems and still sold the car to me and that

This dealership has gone above and beyond to make me happy, despite some of the issues technically being my problem. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car lot. Found the car online , call right away & spoke to Dave who was very polite. Got to the dealership, the photos of the car was very accurate. Great condition, got to take it for a test drive and runs like a champ. Not only were Dave & Scott really nice & informative. But Dave was very patience and prompt seeing how it was both of our first time dealing with my particular credit union and their process.
